In the Supreme Court: Liberal? Conservative?

The Sunday, July 1st New York Times' Sunday review section, includes an article titled "No Respite for Liberals" (see link: http://www.nytimes.com/2012/07/01/opinion/sunday/no-respite-for-liberals.html?_r=1&ref=opinion) which addresses recent Supreme Court decisions. After reading the article and commenting on in in the blog, be ready to discuss it in class for extra credit points.
