What Do We Do About Our Local Government?

The Miami Herald's Sunday, October 10th's Opinion Page includes an editorial entitled "The real culprit: Miami-Dade charter" which addresses the problems we face in our local government and the petitions to recall not only Mayor Carlos Alvarez, but also five commissioners.
