The Sunday, January 9th New York Times' Week in Review section includes an aticle titled "If Scalia Had His Way" (see link about and below) about Judge Antonin Scalia's and other Supreme Court Justices' "originalist" interpretation of the Constitution. Read the article and after summarizing it, state your opinion in the blog. After posting your comments, be prepared to discuss your opinion in class if you wish to receive five extra credit points.
