Three Face Obama?

I feel that Obama is doing the best he can regarding Ukraine and Crimea,the reason why he is trying to save face with the situation,because his hands are tied due to the fact that American cannot impose sanctions against Russia because we have major American companies invested in Russia.So that is why this article is saying that he is two faced.
