  1. I dont think that people take voting seriously sometimes. Voting should not be based on what people say about the person but people should actually take the chance and listen to what candidates have to say and see in what way they mean it. People just tend to vote without knowing anything about the candidate when all they do is complain that the country needs change. If people want change then they should start really analyzing who they are voting for and what that persons beliefs are. Besides, one person cannot make a difference like the article states.

  2. It seems like Warren has a hard way to go because like the author of the article mentions, Barbara Lee said that whenever things are going worst is when women get to be elected. However, it is obvious, by the facts and the opinions given, that Warren is the perfect candidate. She is supporting the radical changes and that is what leftist in politics do; they go for the factors or areas that the rightist consider to be traditional (“she upended the assumption that Americans who were going broke were merely irresponsible overspenders… years of deregulation left an American economy so fragile that families could be pushed into bankruptcy by a single factor, like job loss, divorce or illness”, such assumption that she upended I consider a more individualistic perspective), but Warner wants social change and I can say that her goal is to create a more egalitarian society in which the “Emphasis is placed upon the fact that equality contains the idea of equity of quality. That is, all people should be treated with the same dignity or be regarded as possessing the same intrinsic qualities despite our societal diversity of race, religion, ethnicity, sex, sexual orientation, political affiliation, socioeconomic status, (dis)ability or cultural heritage” – (Wikipedia.com). However, in politics many promises are made and most of the time are forgotten and they just finished being simple words. Actions speak louder than words.
