The Miami Herald's, Issues and Ideas Section includes an article by columnist Leonard Pitts entitled "Miami's Systemic Inequity" (http://www.miamiherald.com/2013/09/28/3655308/leonard-pitts-shame-on-miami-for.html).  Read the article and summarize the author's views as well as your own in the blog.  Additionally add other instances with which you might be familiar to prove the author's assertion of inequities.  Be ready to discuss you views and the author's before your classmates for credit.
