I'm totally opposed to this. Why would I sacrifice myself that much for a company for $ 22,000? This is absolutely nothing. I'm making as much right now and I can barely survive. I'm very independent meaning I pay for everything( rent, gas , car payment, school, insurance, health insurance, groceries, phone, and so on). Why would I be available 65 hours a week for a company. In my case, I really have to make time for my studies. On the other hand, is it fair to say that 22 year old people or so much more interested in their work. This is pretty questionable to me. I've known many mid- aged people and senior citizens who have dedicated their life to their jobs. It is so not fair to be biased toward the 22 year olds.
