  1. No one may ever know the truth behind what really happened that night in Ferguson county but the video was rolling and captured Eric losing his life to the hands of police brutality. The justice system has been and always will be corupt.

  2. Over the past few months, the US have witnessed a large movement of protest from a vast category claiming justice for some brutality acts. The cases of Mr. Brown, and Mr. Garner retained the attention because they were two Black unarmed being killed by a white police force. The decision of the grand jury about to not pursue the cases testifies an unbalance in the making decisions in the justice system. Certainly, the officers were doing their job, but is that job includes brutality against unarmed people, most likely Black ? Many people can argue about a racism case. In the case of Mr Brown, was it necessary to shoot 10 times to stop him ? Or while Mr. Garner was screaming of being out of steam " I can't breathe", were the officers obliged to continue the brutality ? The law is the law, and no matter who goes against it should pay the consequences. In the case of murder, it's always wrong, and regardless the person who commits it, the act should be punished.

  3. This article is about the incidents that took place in Ferguson and Staten Island . In Ferguson Darren Wilson was not charged for the killing of unarmed Michael Brown because of lack of evidence. Pantaleo too was freed from charges although there was a video of the altercation , but because jurors felt that he was really in fear of the larger Erick Garner. What People in other places believe aside from the facts is that black and white lives are different when it comes to officers of the law.
The author wanted to show the similarity between the juror decision , but illustrate different interpretation s between the jury with evidence and the jurors without evidence.
In my opinion black and white lives are NOT equal, the reason why law enforcement act this way towards black lives is to show black people that they should never get out of line and say in there place.
